Schedule for Group Fitness and Core Training Classes

55-Plus Strength Training Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.

Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
Functional Body Weight Training Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Core Plus (for trunk, hip and shoulder) Tuesday and Thursday from noon to 1:00 p.m.
