Rosa brings years of experience as a personal trainer to Physical Solutions, specializing in addressing the post-therapy fitness needs of patients referred by a physical therapist. She also performs administrative duties.

Rosa became interested in physical fitness following the birth of her second child. She enrolled in classes at her local YMCA to lose weight and discovered her love for exercise and its benefits. She became a certified personal trainer to help clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe manner. Prior to the fitness realm, she worked for Chase Manhattan Bank and Banco D. Roma. She was born and raised in Italy, lived in New York, and now lives in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her family consists of “a wonderful husband, a terrific daughter, and a great son.” Rosa’s other passions are cooking, baking, and gardening.
