Personal training at Physical Solutions begins with a meaningful evaluation to identify your weaknesses and dysfunctions and to take into account specific needs and desires based on your lifestyle and activities.

Developing your Program

Your creative, personalized, functional program begins by strengthening and improving endurance of all your core muscles (trunk, hip, and shoulder). This provides a stable base necessary for effective use of your upper and lower extremities. Strengthening continues by training your arms and legs in conjunction with your core in effective, useful patterns. Balance, flexibility, and endurance training are combined in practical ways as well.

Choose Individual or Small-Group Sessions

You may benefit most from private sessions or from sessions with one or two other people. In either case, the focus may be on fitness or on enhancing your sports performance.

Individual sessions are $55 each. Sessions with two participants are $35 for each person. Sessions with three participants are $30 for each person.
