Mark W. Forsythe joined the Physical Solutions in August 2003 as a personal trainer. Mark has years of experience as a personal trainer and a background that lets him help a broad range of clients. He has trained groups as varied as UPS air-operations workers, high-school wrestlers, and soldiers seeking to learn hand-to-hand combat skills.
Mark is a "people person" who has always loved to exercise. Improving the quality of people’s lives and helping them reach their maximum potential through exercise is his passion. He was born in Atlanta, raised in Raleigh, and currently lives in Apex, North Carolina. Mark enjoys spending time outdoors and has the capacity to fix anything.
