Kate Ivers — Physical Therapist Prior to having her own children, Kate worked full time as a pediatric physical therapist. After 8 years at home, she returned to her therapy career by working part time at Physical Solutions as an orthopedic physical therapist. Soft tissue work and joint mobilization are her favorite tools. The transition to orthopedics is now complete and she hopes to find another position working evening hours for another hands-on therapy practice. She brought her knowledge with her – 22 years of experience in general acute hospital settings and 13 years in Home Health. She has a special place in her heart for the elderly and those battling age-related musculoskeletal problems. She is hoping to be able to continue helping others through physical therapy and remains open to which ever fork in the road that the Lord leads her in. Rosa D'Arduini — Personal Trainer With years of experience as a personal trainer, Rosa specializes in addressing the post-therapy fitness needs of patients referred by a physical therapist. Rosa became interested in physical fitness following the birth of her second child. She enrolled in classes at her local YMCA to lose weight and discovered her love for exercise and its benefits. She became a certified personal trainer to help clients achieve their fitness goals in a safe manner. She has worked with Cathy in two practices over 18 years and wouldn't be surprised if their paths cross in the future.
